Sophia Weber Ziegler v Emmanuel Ziegler (Journal10 p123 - 16 Apr 1879; Roll 33/34 case number 604 - Apr 1869)

The couple was married in Center Twp, Wms Co, OH on 26 June 1866 (Marriage V3 p575). In the 1870 Center Twp federal census, p8, the family was enumerated as Benjamin Zigler 67 PA, Emmanuel 26 OH, Sophia 28 OH, Lavinia 3 OH, and Emmanuel 8/12 OH. Sophia said her husband was willfully absent for three years or more and his whereabouts were unknown. The couple had two children, Lavina E. (12), and Emmanuel E. (9). The divorce was granted and on 20 Apr 1879 Sophia married John Bramminger in Wms Co (Marriage V4 p627).
Sophia Weaver Ziegler/Zigler married John G Brinninger (various spellings).
Emmanuel Zigler, Jr. married Dora Chrisman and apparently they were also divorced.
