The couple was married in Amboy, Hillsdale Co, MI on 15 June 1882.  Dora said in Sept 1884 he was extremely cruel and slapped her to the ground and kicked her out of the saloon.  He threatened to kill her; he was intoxicated.  Dora owned personal property such as chairs, dressers, etc.  Jacob owned a saloon on the north side of the square in Bryan.  He threatened to dispose of the property. Dora told the court that her husband was a habitual drunk. They did not have children. She brought a witness, William Burtsfield, to support her claims. Dora was awarded alimony plus the divorce; her maiden name was restored.  This divorce decree was published in The Bryan Democrat, 18 Nov 1886, p5.  This is Dora’s second known divorce.

Jacob Zoller married Mary Sabatosky in Wms Co on 23 Sept 1888 (Marriage V5 #1320).
