Brickwall - Frances "Fanny" Vestina Outlaw Miller and Charles Preston Zigler

A researcher recently posed a query to me regarding the marriage of Frances “Fanny” Miller and Charles Preston Zigler.  After some digging, I found this information and wanted to pass it along to anyone researching this couple.  Fanny was about 14 years old when she married William Miller; her parents presumably were both dead c1878 when she married.  Just from the census I would say she had an interesting but sad life.

Frances Vestina Outlaw (21 Dec 1864 Warren Co, TN – 21 Mar 1919 Williams Co, OH); she committed suicide by hanging; buried in Fountain Grove Cem, Bryan, OH
Daughter of Washington J Outlaw and Mary Jane Parnell; Washington’s 1st wife was Caroline Parnell; his 2nd was her sister c1851; Washington died in Oct 1878; wife Mary died bef Aug 1878
Fanny V Outlaw married William Miller in Warren Co, TN on 5 June 1878; William M Miller (29 Oct 1854 Warren Co, TN – 29 July 1910 Bryan, OH); he was the son of David Miller and Martha Marley/Marler
