Charles Edwin Baltosser v Bertha M Figgins Baltosser, Bryan

Cal Patee and Mrs. Bertha Figgins Boltosser were arraigned
last Friday. She is the wife of Charles
Baltosser, a carpenter from Montpelier.
Patee is a brakeman on the Wabash RR and a resident of Montpelier until
he left for Detroit recently. On Friday
morning Baltosser returned home expectantly to get some tools and found the
doors of the house locked. He was
eventually admitted by his wife and found Patee in their sleeping room in a
clothes closet. They were arrested and
charged with adultery. She is the
daughter of Emmanuel Figgins of near West Unity and was married in September of
1900. They have a seven year old
son. Pattee has a wife and two children
living in Detroit. Baltosser plans to
sue for divorce.
