Hands Across the Border with Steuben Co, IN

Martha Richie and I were asked to speak at the June 20^th meeting of the Steuben County Genealogical Society at the Carnegie Library of Angola, IN.  I discussed the history of WCGS, which began in 1981, and detailed our two sources of revenue – membership and publications.
